What is Lock-In?
It’s that time of the year when EPHS Snowball hosts their annual Lock-In! Lock-In is an overnight experience at the school with many activities, discussion groups, a talent show, a dance, a keynote speaker, and more! Lock-In allows students to develop leadership skills and connect with their peers, all while having a lot of fun. Students get to the school in the evening and leave the school the next morning! At Lock-In, there are chaperones/teachers around the school so you’re not completely alone with students from school. To start, we have the whole school open for students, and then the second half is when students get restricted from roaming around everywhere and are limited to the cafeteria, gym, or auditorium. Students have a lot of fun during Lock-In, so we hope to see you there!
What is EPHS Snowball?
Snowball is a student- run club that focuses on leadership development to create a positive impact around the community. The club meets with a goal of making our school a safe place for all students! Meetings are focused on meeting new people and positive relationships, building leadership skills, and educating students to build their confidence! You also learn a lot of different values in Snowball, like gratitude, goals and how you can achieve them, and kindness! Snowball invented Lock-In as a way to bring students together for a night of fun and bonding.
