The summer following graduation is a special time. It’s your last summer before beginning your separate journey at college, in the workforce, or in a new location. Whether you’re in need of an adventure, rest, or a glorious trip down memory lane, it’s important to connect with friends and during the summer, these activities are a great place to start.
Take a Road Trip

Round up your best friends, select a lively or picturesque destination (or even both) and hit the road! Whether you go to the beach, camping, or just a few hours away to a neighboring city, this is the best way to bond and make memories.
Host a Themed Movie Night
Choose a movie series (Harry Potter, Marvel, or Fast & Furious, perhaps?) or pick a childhood classic throwback. Make the night even better by tossing in some snacks and cozy blankets!
Bonfire and Stargaze Night

Track down a local beach, park, or backyard where you’re allowed to gather around a bonfire. Sit by the campfire, roast marshmallows, share stories, and sleep under the stars.
Make a High School Scrapbook
Dig up photos, ticket stubs, and other memorabilia from your high school days. Spend the day making a scrapbook or memory box with your friends of your time together.
Try a Fun Outdoor Challenge

A water balloon war, scavenger hunt, or sports tournament (either volleyball, basketball or kickball) can all make for some friendly competitions that will easily keep the party vibe feeling strong.
After all, this summer is about spending as much time together as possible before life pulls everyone in opposite directions. No matter if it’s adventure, relaxation, or nostalgia you’re going for, be sure to savor every minute with the ones you shared your high school years with!
Read anything above on your summer bucket list? With that, share your thoughts and let’s make this a summer one to remember!
