Elmwood Park High School kicked off October by celebrating Homecoming 2023. Students and faculty dressed up for theme days throughout the school week of Oct. 2-6, highlighted by Barbie & Ken Day on Wednesday.
An energetic pep rally in the EPHS main gym Friday afternoon set the stage for not one but two homecoming games later that day.
Boys soccer got things rolling with a 6-3 victory over Westmont, which kept the Tigers’ conference title hopes alive. Varsity football then took the field for its first win of the season, defeating Westmont 42-6.
The celebratory week concluded Saturday with the annual Homecoming Dance.
