New Refreshers

This is the Summer-Berry Lemonade drink.
  1. Summer Berry Lemonade
  • This refresher is one of their seasonal drinks. This drink contains raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. These fruits are blended in with lemonade and topped off with raspberry flavored pearls. This drink is basic and refreshing at the same time; it will give you a summer-feel!

2. Summer Skies Drink

  • This refreshing summer drink contains raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry and is shaken with ice and an option of coconut milk. This drink also contains the boba-like raspberry pearls at the bottom of the drink.
This is the Summer Skies Refresher.

Review: For me, this drink tasted like a blue raspberry Jolly Rancher. This drink is sweet and light. It has a shot of a sour taste when you first drink it. Starbucks also gives you a thicker straw so that you are able to eat the pearls, which is nice. Overall, I rate this drink a 7/10 just because it tastes a little too much like candy, but the raspberry pearls were really good!

3.) Summer-Berry Refresher

  • This refresher is just like the Summer Berry Lemonade, just without the lemonade.

What other drinks are refreshing for the summer?

Honestly, all refreshers are equally as energizing for the heat. These drinks below are some that most people don’t know about but these are really refreshing and cold for the summer!

1.) Frozen Strawberry Açaí Lemonade

  • The new Starbucks Frozen Refreshers.

This yummy, frozen drink is filled with tons of strawberries and strawberry puree and lemonade.

2.) Frozen Mango Dragon-fruit Lemonade

  • This refreshing drink contains sweet mango and dragon-fruit blended with dragon-fruit and strawberry puree and lemonade.

Review: This drink is very light and refreshing for the summer. It is also semi sweet. The drink is sour, but I would say that it is because of the Dragonfruit and all of the other fruits that are blended into this drink. Overall, I rate it an 8/10 because it is good for a hot summer day.

3.) Frozen Pineapple Passion-fruit Lemonade

  • This drink is full of pineapple and passion-fruit blended with pineapple, strawberry puree, and lemonade to give off a strong fresh taste. This drink is ideal for the summertime!
This is the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew.

Cold Brews

White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew

  • This cold brew is part of their summer menu; it contains sweetened cold brew and macadamia syrup with silky white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew. This drink is topped off with toasted cookie crumbles to give it a crunchy taste!

Frappuccino

Caramel Ribbon Crunch

  • This drink is also a part of their summer menu; it contains caramel syrup blended with coffee, milk, a layer of dark caramel sauce, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and, finally, a crunchy caramel sugar topping.
This is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch.

REVIEW: This drink is very tasty. I would say this drink is not too overwhelmingly sweet but a good type of sweet. The crunch of the caramel sugar topping gives it a good taste once you get to the point of tasting it. I feel like you can’t really taste the caffeine that they put in the drink, but it is still a really delicious drink. I would definitely recommend this drink to whomever really likes caramel because this drink is ALL caramel. Overall, I rate this drink a 9/10 because it is sweet and yummy!

Pastries

1.) Orange Cream Cake Pop

  • The brand new Starbucks Summer Pastries.

This summer cake pop is orange flavored with cream cake and buttercream. It is dipped in chocolate icing and finished with an orange slice design. It is also vegetarian!

2.) Pineapple Cloud Cake

  • This summer cake is an airy cake filled with pineapple cream and pineapple spread. It has whole fruit pieces and is topped off with sweet drizzle.

In conclusion, every summer, Starbucks comes out with new summer menu items containing new drinks and treats. Hopefully this article helped you figure out what you want to try the next time you are at Starbucks!
